Paul:  Larry Neal is a gyroplane friend of mine here in Texas.  He's the
guy you saw at Oshkosh with the "Flying Motorcycle!"  He's following my
lead of MANY years of discussion, and is going to put a Renesis into his
bigger version of the flying motorcycle.

I'm needing the email address for the guys selling the "nearly new"
complete engines "down under"... He's got a source locally, but I
believe he's being financially hosed.

He's running a 3.1 PSRU, and will probably only have the 76" prop
loafing at 5500 rpm in cruise.  (HE says!!   *I* believe it will be
about 6100- 6200 rpm in cruise myself!)

I'm still talking with him regarding the engine configurations he's
going to have to deal with!  He's a "READY, FIRE, AIM" sorta guy... he
doesn't have a plan perfectly completed before he begins his build...
but he has enough of a game plan to begin, and my job is to tweak along
his way!!

The "Down Under" engine connection will be a real help!!

Naw... the Chrysler unit self-destructed on Rusty Nance's ship... Rusty
tells of an "interesting" "dead stick landing!!  Don't remember exactly, but
I think one of the planets went south and got a chunk caught up in the
works!   Other than the Toyota transmission sprags, he's been using Ford
parts exclusively ever since!  Other than not being able to start an engine
in flight via air pressure, the sprags have really helped get rid of the
chatter/ clatter at idle.  (actually the engine appears pretty calm at
1200-1500 rpm idle!)

Tracy's rubber bushing torque isolator will idle down to
600 engine RPM.
