Paul,
when building headers for a P port what diameter of tubing should be
used?  I want to use the 2" for intake runners should the headers be
2"?  When should the merge 16" ?  I was going to use the 2" 321 from
burns.  Does anyone sell the flanges for headers ( Mazdatrix)? Thanks
for any help

Two is good but kind of bulky. 1.75" is probably more practical.
Racing Beat has flanges for 2nd and third gen engines.
32 inches in the optimum merge lenght for about 6500 RPM.

First, I wanted to thank you for all the work on an outstanding
newsletter. You and the rest of the contributors have provided an
enormous amount of information for me.

Second, is this a Hewland, G50, or some other kind of TA in the
exhaust picture? I am looking for an appropriate transaxle to use with
an Aussie renesis to build a fun/lightweight dive-to-the-track/day
car. This will likely precede building any kind of plane...

I don't recognize it either. Could be a modified VW case.
