I need a 400 HP engine that weighs 300 lbs. Is such an engine available?

   400 HP for how long? At what RPM? Is this an airplane or helicopter?

   A 220 pound turbo two rotor will do it but you have
   to pay strict attention to the cooling system design to keep
   the firewall forward weight under 300 pounds.

Sorta off topic...  I just read today that the Sport Class is going to
allow engines that displace up to 1000" (up from 650") at Reno (rumor at
this point)..  I wonder if that means they might let a 4rotor run
(that's only 5.2L or 360" at most)..  I also wonder who they're trying
to let in..  Somebody with a Lyc IO720?
