I'm still using the plug wires you mocked up from the dyno runs -- meaning the plug wires don't have the correct LS1 ends on them & rely on the cable ties to hopefully make correct contact with the igniters.  I suppose this could cause the rotor 2 temp issue if one of the plug wires is intermitently firing.  I don't want to go forward screwing with timing & other settings until I am confident I am getting correct spark at each plug.

I am having a terrible time finding plug wires in the Denver area -- no one makes custom plugs that I can find.  And the web sites people have suggested don't have anything on them about custom wires as well.

Here's what I need - wires with 90-degree LS1 ends & 45 degree spark plug boots.  14" length on the wire only part (meaning if you laid the plug wire on a tape measure, the boot part would be some length, followed by 14" of wire, followed by the other boot for some length. )  Is there someplace to source these wires in CA?
