hi Paul, been waiting for this prop for how long now?  however i am
confused, this is the first picture i have seen of the pitch

actuator.  i am

trying to understand how the solid T that is pinned to the blade

hub pin can

change the pitch without binding up. it would need to be hinged

or have

slotted holes in it.  or is the pic missleading.  thanks wyo walt.

It has slotted holes in it. They don't have to be very long as it

does

not take much to change the pitch 20 degrees. 20 degrees is a lot

of pitch

change.

Very very impressive design. Nicely compact in hub to center of prop
axis as
well.  Do you have drawings to share? I would like to make up a
three blade
hub and of course a three prong pitch change yoke.

Welcome back.  I followed and enjoyed your blog while you were stationed in

A three blade for your RV. Hmmmm....  Wouldn't a two blade C/S be more than
adequate?
