   I have had it over a year so I have not looked lately.
   You got to watch those New York camera sellers. They are kind of
   slimy. Best to do biz face to face. Good price but
   the "refurbish" worries me. I don't think it is worth
   saving $49 as you get the Panasonic support with new.
   Depends on how important the $49 bucks is to you.
   I have the silver model but it is not the "S".
   I have no idea what the "S" means.

   You also must determine what warranty comes with the camera.  A lot
   of the "too good to be true" prices are Grey Market.  This means you
   can NOT get warranty work done in the USA or you must send it back
   to the seller (if he is still in business).
   Consumer Reports usually puts out an article on cameras with ratings
   in their magazine every year or so.  You can usually find them in
   the Public Library.
