Here it is Doc. You could get in a situation
where the air going into the scoop becomes unstable.
This might occur where the engine air requirements and
the forward motion of the air plane supplys just enough
air to keep up with the engine requirements.
Sort of an air direction oscillation. I am not saying
it is going to happen. I am saying it might happen.

You might have to grind off a small piece of the engine
here and there. The scoop sides and bottom could be
an extension of the plenum.
