Paul, pictured below is my first aluminum weld in a year.  Kind of
hard to tell but it is a fillet, two pieces of .125.     With a
little fine tuning I will be able to handle aluminum welding up to .
188 thick with commercial quality.   The new welder's first test
since repair was this weld. Everything is normal.  Whew!

  I will be able to make oil pans to go with the engine mount.
Combined with the firewall stiffener/bracket, we will be able to
deliver a complete package.  Jerry
