Personally, Id like to see a reasonably-priced "kit" available for that
cowl- basically a set of dimensioned drawings that represent cowl
cross-section shapes.  The sections could easily be reproduced into a
plywood framework male mold, connected with foam strips or sheets,
coated with release agent, and laid up/covered with resin/composite.
It would be very handy to include drawings of required well designed and
proven ducts that would accept readily available radiator(s) to fit
inside the cowl.  Id also like detailed drawings of S-beam and rotary
engine mounts designed for specific aircraft.  It would be basically a
diy cowl forward setup.

No problem Mike I'll upload some sections in the next couple
of days. You will have to scale them up to full size and
plot them on mylar or paper.
Kinkos should be able to do that for you. Quicker and easier than
plotting things out.

Same for the ducts.
