Actually they are trying to sell the prototype not stock!
Who in their right mind would ever buy it, really.
It has never had a pilot actually fly it according to
questions posted on the site.

To boot for more than $1M+. I could think of a lot of things to
with that. Buying a prototype that is NOT fully functional and
has NEVER had a pilot even after all this time seems a bit too
suspect. I guess it was too dangerous to do so. Lever that to
somebody else with more money than sense and silly enough to buy it.

Looks a bit like they want somebody else to keep it for them
and pay for the privilege really far too cheeky.
