The guy is german so instead of a stock scam, we'll probably see him milking
his state government for technology funding while he spend the next 25 years
"perfecting" it (on no wait, that was Zoche :)

To be fair this guy has at least delivered a novel twist on an existing
idea, worthy of the patents on his site. Can't see it ever attracting the
funding to get past the obvious limitations of vane type equipment.

Interesting is that the whole thing is made of blocks of graphite. Rotor,
housings, seals....

That is a reciprocating vane motor. Not a true rotary.
Been around for a couple of hundred years. One of the many
problems is the high bending loads on the vanes causing them
to bind in the slots. These things have never worked
as internal combustion engines. They make pretty good
pumps however.
