Thanks for the above article.
Could you elaborate on the book, Title, Author, Publisher etc.
I found it useful. Lots of good thoughts for inventors who want to bring a new
engine to the market. :)

Anyway, info on how to get a hold of the book or web access would be very much
appreciated.

Rolf,
In your browser, backspace over the text after the last slash mark in
the URL and go to the resulting address.  The page will show the links
to all sections of the book divided into approximately 20 page PDF's.
Open each PDF and then do "save as".   This is a fascinating book.  The
last PDF section, part 10,  has a nice bibliography.
