No problem Doc. I can give him Solid Works files which
usually work better when doing NC stuff. Or Iges or dxf
 his choice.

We now have two styles. Long travel 3 inches or short
travel two inches. The long travel is an inch longer.

Why not just weld 3/8 bar stock for the frame rather than mill it out of
one piece? I made the flange for my oil pan by welding 1/4X1 1/2 and
1/4X2 inch flat stock together. Karibian

Easier still, use two short and two long pieces of square stock square
the ends tap and clearance holes and bolt on the ends. No welding
required. The front to back through bolts could be pre drilled in the bars.

They must be sealed Bill. You don't want raw fuel dripping out
on the exhaust. Best down as one piece.

Paul,
I understand that. Accurate parts could easily be sealed using GE high
temp silicone. With the injectors past the ST you would have less fuel
accumulation. I know you want the throttle close to the engine, so
another suggestion might be in order. A small metal tube might be
attached at the lowest point to carry off any raw fuel that accumulates.
This could be used to direct said fuel away from the exhaust.

I don't want to take any chances sealing the corners when it can
be water jet cheaply including the bolt holes.

We did just that on the prototype and it worked OK however
if the space between the slide and the back plates fill up
with raw fuel the fuel will run into the intake port
of the engine before it gets much above that level.
