Rick, Consider asking ask Paul to design a lightweight, S-beam
mount for your 20B Cozy. After you see the design you can decide
if it is something you want to go ahead with. I predict you will
like it a lot. Regards, Jerry

What have you decide to do Rick? I have a bit of time
right at the moment. Here is one of my mount designs flying
on a turbo charged Cozy. I no longer recommend this type of
mount as it requires a motor plate and is more complicated
to build properly.
The last three 3Ds are better and simpler. The neat thing
about a canard pusher you can brace the mount laterally
over to one side or the other or both. That totally frees up
the bottom of the engine for the cooling system.

The 20b engine I thought I got turned out to be a fraudulent ebay deal.
Funny thing the guy originally was listed to be from Texas, one of his
pictures of the engine showed a truck in the background with the license
plate information whited out. A little suspicious. I won the bid at
$2810. Thought I was real smart finding a 20b for that price when they
typically go for $3500 to $4200. The guy does not respond for a few
days on how I can get it delivered to me. Then finally he sends me an
email and says he's in London at one of his businesses. Broken English
and all. And, he happened to have the engine with him. He said he
would pay the shipping. He wanted a third party TNT (like our UPS) to
ship it and he said they would hold my wired funds till I received it
then that company would pay him. That all sounded almost too good to be
true. I then did a dogpile seach on "Fraud TNT Ebay" and up pops up a
warning from TNT that people are using TNT to fraud on payment of funds.
Using fake account numbers and locations to pay.
Sooooo I don't have my engine yet. :( I will wait till I find the
right engine then I may want some help with a Cozy MKIV mount. Will
gladly pay.

from fred at cci....if you don't end up using yours would you consider
selling....let me know....thx,todd
