 How would one go about Raising a rotary's compression ratio?
Is there anyone out there casting / machining rotors? Or do
all rotors come
from Mazda?

All come from Mazda as far as I know. Not easy to cast but it
is possible if enough people wanted them. 10:1 is about as
high as you want to go due to octane limitations.
