I'm in Brisbane not far from the chap ( Rupert) who you bought those
engines from.
I forget the chief engineers name from X-treme, but I had a long discussion
with him over the phone, nice bloke and very knowledgeable.
See if you can get the price down to below $1,000 for a order of 10 or more.
From my perspective they don't seem to want to budge on prices unless
your a
distributor.
In the mean time I will work on my local contacts.

I had said I would not ask about the shafts however, you never know,
maybe somebody turning up there
might have some impact, while I'm not after a single rotor engine myself
, I will be happy to go and talk to
them about this and the rod sets as well at the same time. Provided that
others are really interested. I
assume you might like shorter rods as for the single rotor as well which
means that you really need a kit
of sorts.
Some feedback and how many would be seriously interested would be of help,
I could then print this out take it with me.
for those that do not know I am not more than a 15min drive from them.

So far we have one. I think the $1100 price is higher than people
are willing to pay. Particularly since there is absolutely nothing
wrong with a $50 dollar cut down used e-shaft. Hurley in England
will sell you a complete one rotor for $2500 ready to run.
