Thinking about it, "Rotary Aviation Alliance" sounds like helos and gyros.

I suggest instead "Aviation Rotary Alliance."

Since I'm the first (and so far only) member, that makes putting it up
for a vote fast and easy.  So moved, carried unanimously!  ;)

In the computer security world it usually stands for "Risk Acceptance
Agreement" - it is for upper management to sign when they want to accept
the risks to company and/or customer data for not properly protecting.

- their BBQs are plentiful/well organized -some toys even Wankel Powered.
Even better, show up with an aircraft with lower weight/better
cruise/climb than the lycosaurs.
