What happens to reliability in the 13b when pushing more than 125hp per rotor?
What could I expect if I turbocharged the 13 b to 400hp?

You don't have room in the DF for the additional cooling.

More important, you don't have enough prop for that much power, and no
room for a bigger one.  You don't have enough plane, either.
