Rather famous Wankel rotary powered bike.
Here are a couple of picts I took in Hockenheim.
Probably worth too much money.

Van Veen, Boy is that a blast form the past! They did a lot of custom,
but nicely finished,
exotic engine bikes. I don't recall if they had a conventional product.
They did a lot of building
of sidecar racing platforms. "kneeler hacks," as they were called. I
don't remember if they ever
made an engine of their own. They were using a water cooled flat 4
2-cycle made by Kridler
for the sidecar racers. I believe they also tried the Konig 2-cycle.
That had to be 25+ years
ago. Then somebody built a sidecar racer that was really a 3 wheeled
car, both riders were seated
in a normal automotive fashion. It met the rules and just dominated the
class. It was banned
the next year. (typical) That was really the start of the end of the
sidecar class in international
competition no manufacturers were interested.
