   UPDATE: I visited the machinist this noon. He is half done doing the NC
   programs. I forgot to ask about the tooling/fixtures. He said he expects
   **some** of the parts to be machined by Monday. He found a shop to
   do the
   PFTE (Teflon is a trade name) as they have the experience and would
   probably
   be cheaper. Also waiting on materials.

Doc,
Teflon was what it was called by the company that invented it, Dupont,
eveyone else
has to call it PTFE.  (note spelling) polytetrafluoroethylene wow what a
mouthfull!
Also note there are 2 major types PFE a lesser coldflowing variant
that's less
expensive and PTFE or teflon as most of us know it which is tougher and
handles
high temerature better. Just an FYI
