If I do say so myself the application of air pressure
to aid in potting p-ports works like a charm.

1. Prep the aluminum with alodine kit. VERY VERY important.

2. Mix one tube set of JB Weld with half a teaspoon
of acetone. The acetone will reduce the viscosity
and delay the setting up of the JB Weld. Fill the cavity
only about half full.

3. Apply a pressure pulse to one side until the JB Weld starts
squishing out of the crevices. Take your time doing this as
it can be done as late as four or five hours after you pour
the JB Weld.

4. Remove the pressure plate and let cure for 24 hours.

5. Pressure test to 45 to 60 psi.

6. If it holds pressure you are home free. If not immerse
the entire rotor housing in a large tub of water to see where
the leaks are.

7. Grind out the area where it is leaking and repeat 1 through 7.

So far that has not been necessary and I am half done.
Do the other three sides. When you get good at it you
can do two sides at the same time.
