I am not sure. Depends on the weight and balance. Some guys are beefing
up the tail so that adds weight back there. Beefing the tail on the
rotary powered RV4 is unnecessary. Tracy has not had the tail skin cracking problems
the Lycoming powered airplanes have experienced due to way less vibration.
