OK after taking a closer look at this I see the thrust line is
just south of the center.

Attached is a drawing comparing the thrust lines of the Tailwind
taken from the plans  vs  the BD-4 thrust line assuming it is
centered between the upper and lower dynfocals.
They are virtually the same, separated by only .03 inches.   Jerry
