But in the end the renesis FWF-kit should develop about the same
amount of torsional moment relating to a plane of reference as a
common O-320 FWF-kit would.
That opens up two new problems to me. How much weighs a renesis
[RX8 eng.] FWF-kit  compared to a O-320 FWF kit and where is
approximately the c.g. of a complete FWF-kit?

The RX8 engine weighs about the same as a 13B. If the flange
on the 13B is set at 39 inches the weight and balance comes
out about the same as Lycoming O-320. The CG of the engine/PSRU/prop
combination is about near the flywheel end housing or perhaps
one or two inches aft of that. The firewall forward weight
is about 320 pounds. Obviously that is about the same for
the Lyc O-320.
