It's time to make some space under the engine for the new larger
   radiator and build the inlet.

So I have made a couple mock-ups of potential designs that will allow
   for the new radiator.

I can't decide which I like better (or worse as the case may be), and am
looking for input.  Actually, I will just pick the one that more of you
vote for, so that there will be less of you out there who are allowed to
make fun of the finished product....

I call them the "Oh Cowl" and the "Smiley Cowl..."

   Opinions?

No Iraq veteran needs to use play dough.
Just load this into paint and mark up the areas
   that you want changed Dave.

What are the OA dimensions of the new rad, oil cooler and
inter cooler Dave? I'll do an over all 3D.

Paul Lamar ...No rotor no motor.

The cheek inlet continue to house the oil cooler and inter cooler
unchanged.  I could probably make those inlets smaller now, but that is
too much work for little reduction in drag.

The esternal dimensions of the rad (including mounting frame) are
22x18x3.25.  The core itself measures 18x16.5x2  (594 cu in)

(old core was 18x18x1.5 (486 cu in)).

Since my exit air will now be doubled in volume, I had to trim down the
new rad to make room for the larger exit. (it was 648 cu in).

Thanks Paul.
