I think an up draft aircraft carb will fit the Mistral intake manifold.
You might have to make a 1/2 inch thick aluminum adapter plate and
tig weld it on. The ID of the intake is 75 mm or just under 3".
You won't need the box on the left side as that holds the EFI injectors.
The injector holes can be plugged.

The Mistral intake manifold fits the four port second and third
gen Mazda 13B engines. Both were turbo charged so you will need
high compression rotors to get the 190 HP claimed for the Mistral
NA intake manifold. It might also be possible to port or modify it
for a six port engine such as the high power RX8 engine or the
low power four port RX8 engine now discontinued. There are still
some around.

engine to get a larger throat.
