Hey at $1.25 a liter about $4.50 per US gallon and more than double $9 in
europe.  What price is gaz in the US???

I totally agree but big brother government is looking out
for you and they will never allow it. Too dangerous in
a crash. An 18 wheeler driver would hardly notice anything more
than a slight bump in the road :)

$3.25 and climbing. $3.50 in California and climbing.

Paul I'd take that kinda gas by the truck load if I could get it.. I too am
at that magic ~$1.21/ltr like Marc J.
And I live in a redneck area.. we don't get the 100k/yr salaries that get
handed out down there :-D
oh.. and did I mention that in every direction we have oil wells.. and a
refinery not 60 miles away.
Much more of this and my butt ain't gonna be able to take it..

It is all taxes. World price of crude is $60 for a 40 gallon
barrel or buck fifty a gallon U.S. Perhaps 50 cents a gallon
for refining it.
