This article by Ben Ellison describes the advantages
    of what I am trying to do verses a conventional
    float bowl type carburetor such as the Keihin or Mikuni
    constant depression type carbs. Also a good description
    of how the ingenious Ellison leaning system works.
    The slide throttle Ellison has a built in fuel pressure regulator.
    I am using an off the shelf external regulator.

Hello,
I'm interested in the book you mention for your fuel injection.  How
much does it cost and how do I order it?

I don't know of a book on fuel injection other than the Bosch Handbook
or Advanced engine technology by Heinz Heisler. Published by
the SAE in 1995. An up to date treatment of the latest technology
as applied to the piston engine.

I did write a book on liquid cooling systems sold by Mazdatrix and Aircraft Spruce.
