The one in the bottom center looks like the one I received from
McMaster-Car but without the pressure gage.
Incidentally, those 6 and 8 PSI Carter vane pumps have a decal on them
stating not for aircraft use. Is that CYA??
They are $5.00 cheaper from Summit Racing than the ones I bought
from Car Shop.

Choose the one that is 0-30 psi so the injector holes can be of
reasonable
size. Bottom center is now right center as I rotated the jpg.

Paul, have you checked materials computability with the use of these AIR
regulators with FUEL? Most of them are also self relieving, so they leak
air
to reduce downstream pressure when the knob is turned.

Not yet. There are so many types on the market if one does not work
something else will. Also you can use the high buck type sold by
Summit racing and others designed specifically for fuels if absolutely
necessary and worse comes to worse.
It is on my short list of things to do. In fact I'll get some gas today
and soak it for a few days. The one I have looks like it has a nylon
plunger. That looks like it could be replaced by a metal plunger.
I'll take it apart today and take a picture.

I don't think that
is correct. I believe that the extra ports are just added low pressure
(regulated) takeoffs. I have used a similar regulator for calibrating my
pressure sensors.

After taking mine apart I agree with you.  However there is a tiny
hole in the wide plastic part that communicates with the inside of the hollow knob.
I don't know what it does so I am worried about it. The fall back is the
myriad of low pressure fuel regulators from Summit. More expensive but there
is a wide range.

I believe that small hole is where the AIR goes when you turn the knob to
lower the pressure. The 'self-relieving' feature. I think that it would leak
fuel if used for gasoline.
