I forgot to include some second hand price information. According to my
source the instrument is ~$200 and the gage itself is $2.30! I don't
know what the price on the integrated cable is.

Looks like the whole shebang can be had for under $300, assuming the
above prices are correct.

They have a contact page too, if you want to get authentic prices. I
guess I am interested enough to contact them. I will let you know what I
find out.
