Ken do you have any dwgs on your belt drive?
Got any pulleys for sale? What belt are you using?
What max RPM are you running. Jerry is thinking of
building a belt drive for his one rotor.

  No dwgs or pulleys, the belt I use is a 8mm X 85mm and would not
run any narrower belt on the single rotor as the power pulse is the
same as a two rotor in fact maybe more.

 Yes I can make them but the aluminum price has gone out of site, it
was $300 for the slug for the big pulley about four years ago the,
the lower one is steel, also the price to have them hobbed will be
higher on a single run where I was doing five sets at a time before
so I would have to research the price.
Also I think the weight will be way to heavy for a single rotor.
