Anyone going to be at Arlington??? I will be there Saturday so look
me up if your there.

Ken do you have any dwgs on your belt drive?
Got any pulleys for sale? What belt are you using?
What max RPM are you running. Jerry is thinking of
building a belt drive for his one rotor.

Paul Lamar ...No rotor no motor.
No dwgs or pulleys, the belt I use is a 8mm X 85mm and would not
run any narrower belt on the single rotor as the power pulse is the
same as a two rotor in fact maybe more.
Ken
Can you make more pulleys or is there an aluminum one available?
I can do the dwgs from scratch.
Paul Lamar ...No rotor no motor.
We talked about this a few years ago. Since then the Eagle PD belt has
been made in larger sizes. I've attached a PDF for reference. I'm not
sure if you can buy sprockets in the ratio needed however.
Chris Cosman
We need a 12 inch OD sprocket. A 10 inch might be made to work.
Paul Lamar
Paul, While I can't remember the name of the company off the top of my
head, I remember there is a company selling HTD profile material in
aluminum. The only catch is that you had to buy 4 feet of it. if you
look at the cost of machining though it is still probably a good buy.
Don't recall if the outside surface was hard anodized or not. Running a
steel small sprocket is still probably a good idea.
