The intake system is not final. I am presently running a 36mm Mikuni,
flowing 5gph gas at 5000rpm.

What Richard is saying here is 5 gph is 30 pounds per hour at a BSFC
of .5 that is about 60 HP. 36 mm is of course about 1.4 inches in
diameter
so this will give you a good idea how much HP a 2 rotor p-port engine with
that size
runner will generate at 5000 RPM. Probably a bit more with a longer runner
around 30 inches. So for a two rotor you are looking at 120 HP at 5000
RPM.
Assuming for the moment the HP curve is still a straight line at 5000 to
6500 RPM
you will get 156 HP at 6500 RPM. If the straight line function still holds
168 HP at
7000 RPM.
1.400 inches inside diameter has an area of 1.54 square inches.
1.875 inches inside diameter has an area of 2.76. Pushing the linear
extrapolation
envelope here..... the HP for the larger dia. runner P-port is then
estimated
at 300 HP. We are NOT getting that. We are getting 240 HP on the dyno so
obviously
power is not directly proportional to intake port area. We are now
obviously
in the convex portion of the p-port HP curve.

How are you connecting the reduction to the output shaft? Can we get
some pics of that? Is that a Notax C box?
What are your weights coming in at, NOT counting the reduction?

My e-shaft has a Rotax style 10 : 1 taper.
The gear box is a Hirth G40, which also has a 10 : 1 taper at the input.
There is no need for any extra coupling.
The engine with fly wheel and waterpump on it is 90 lb. I am expecting 170lb
FF.
