Yeah, I caught that right after I pressed "send". I already sent
along the correction. Thanks for checking . Jerry
Jerry or anyone with an RV-7 or any straight RV series. Please ask the
builder if they made a correction to the Vertical stabilizer before you go
build motor mounts for these builders. A lot can be changed with these
offsets as well. If you have a Straight 7 guy with a 2.17 and the offset
built it, you will have an aircraft that will lose rudder authority with T/O
power. Please give this your utmost consideration. Success would be obtained
by having a straight mount with the tail offset or vice versa but not both.
