Paul,
I'm an engineer at an aerospace company in Southern California and I've
been toying with the idea of using a rotary engine in a helicopter. I
think it's the closest thing there is to a turbine and I'm particularly
interested in the new Renisis, RX-8 engine. *
I would like to subscribe to your forum. I also noticed that aluminum
end and center sections are mentioned. Are these available? How does
the Renisis respond to turbocharging? What is the truth about the
torsional vibration on this engine? I understand Everett Hatch had a
bunch of problems with it but Tracy Crook has been doing fine with his
planetary gears.

The aluminum end housings are available from Racing Beat in Anaheim.
