What do you mean by radius squared ?
Can you tell me again how to work out the BSFC numbers e.g. .45, .5 etc.

The area of a circle is Pi x Radius^2 To Generate 100 HP in a p-port
engine you will need at least 1.76 square inches per rotor intake pipe area.
That is an intake pipe diameter close to 50 mm. The pipe also must be the
correct length.

BSFC is pounds of fuel burned for each HP generated in one hour. There are six pounds
in a gallon. If you are burning 10 gallons an hour you are burning
60 pounds of fuel per hour. If you are making 150 HP that is a BSFC of 60/150 or .4
