You might talk Mistral http://www.mistral-engines.com/
into selling you one of their new turbo chargers
specifically designed for the 13B. Here are some pictures I took at
OSH.

Lacking that you could copy what Dave Leonard did with the 1991 modified stock 2nd gen
RX7 turbo. Dave is about to get his turbo powered RV6 flying again after his tour in Iraq so he
should be racking up some more hours.
