The Appendix C on this one is the real meat of the turbo compound rotary.

Unfortunately NASA did not fund the hardware to test these conclusions.
Everyday a Mazda rotary flies somewhere in the world proving once again that
NASA made a huge mistake in not pursuing this further.

Thanks a lot for doing this and Paul thanks for posting them.  This stuff is
priceless.  Wish we could contact some of these researchers and pick their
brains. The SCORE engine looks purpose built and what a elegant piece of
equipment it tis.
