Here is what I did to handle leaning the mixture and
handling the 60 pound spring load. The eccentric will
move the spring seat in and out .25 inches. The spring bottoms
out at .2 inches of travel. The high spring rate prevents
the spring from damaging the diaphragm or the needle
valve assembly.
