What is the real engine weight breakdown on the Renesis engine?  I looked
for the aluminum end plates and all I found was a deal to take a couple of
pounds off the rotors and the counterweights.  I asked my buddy Murray about
the aluminum end plates and he said they had problems with them but that
might be only developmental.  From what I can find, it looks like it would
be fairly simple to make the engine run vertically--what do you think?
Also, do you have the horsepower curves for the Renesis engine?

The engine pretty much weighs the same as a 2nd gen or 3rd gen engine.
Only the water pump maybe a pound or two lighter. Namely 190 pounds.
The aluminum end housings might save 40 pounds. I would not try to
run the engine vertical without a dry sump system.
