All this talk about the vtol leads me to my latest dream:
    A downsized, fiber, kit happy, twin 13B Beriev-103.
    Am I dreaming or what.....it would be perfect for them.

Agreed..  Although twin p-port 13b's wouldn't require downsizing the
airplane at all..  The airplane is using a pair of IO360 Continentals -
not the lightest engines, and p-port 13b's would have no trouble making
making more than 210hp.
