Here is a potential future problem I noticed.

I scaled your prop flange bolt circle off the AC eng. dwg on your web site
and it came out to about 4 inches. It looked a bit small. Here is your dwg
scaled. What happens is the torque pulses on wood props fail the prop hubs if
the flange is too small.

The stock SAE prop flange for fixed pitch props is 4.75" or 5.25" dia.
It would cost your customers a lot of extra money to have props
made with your custom prop flange and then they would have problems with
them. The SAE #1 flange at 4.375" dia. is for metal
constant speed props weighing about 50 pounds.  Not what you want I don't
think :)

BTW if you want some perspective 3D illustrations of your engine for your web site
send me an IGES file of the engine and I will render it 3D in perspective
views and send back the jpg.
