BTW Doug is going to check the 16B bell housing bolt pattern dimensions at the
Tokyo Motor Show to see if it will fit the current RX8 bell housing.

Paul the Motor show starts tomorrow and Mazda's concept car
Taiki,(Atmosphere) already  graces the front cover of the newspapers.  I
will head down there on Monday.
As understand it you want to know if the bolt pattern is the same as the 13B
housings.  Or another way to say is will a 13B bellhousing fit on the 16B
right?
As for the geometry of the stroke I am not completely sure they will give
that info out but I'll try.  I'll definitely get the press kit.

Yes on the bolt pattern.

If you take a shot perpendicular to the side of the engine with a tape
measure in the shot we can scale it off that.
