Do you run a master switch, or are the Circuit breakers the switch.
I
    have a master switch, but its bothering me that if that if ONE
switch
    fails, it all fails. I I think I'll skip the master switch for
flight
    critical.

    That has happened Bob. A Power Sport RV8 crashed and was destroyed
    when the master switch failed.

    Not a problem with mags in cert airplanes. Only in these all
electric
    airplanes.

Use two separate switches of the required amperage placed next to each
other.  Wire them in parallel.  Turn them off and on together as the
master switch. You probably could tie the switch toggles together
mechanically with a crossbar if so desired.

The odds of both switches mechanically failing at the same time is
pretty darn low.  If one switch fails, the other switch is rated to
carry the required load and will!

If you did that it would work well as long as you had some way of
knowing both work... Probably would need to add a pre-flight check of
each switch.
