Logistics is your biggest problem, I'm not quite sure what you have in the
Philippines in regard to recreational Aviation.

You could look at a plans built aircraft like the Vision composite aircraft, it
has 2, 4 and single seat plans. I'm sure you would have plenty of foam and
epoxy resin supply locally. If not, there's Taiwan or Japan. I think that
would be your most cost effective option. The Vision looks similar to the
Van's aircraft but made from fiberglass.

You could procure engine parts from Japan or Australia. I'm unsure what you
might have locally in regard to the Rotary, not much I would say, at a
guess.
