    Thanks for the quick reply. If the cowl in your illustrations exists in
    real live, please give me the manufacturer`s info. I would swap it
    for the
    original in a flash.

    convince Brian Trubee to make a mold and sell you a copy of his.

The cowl can be funny looking and still function well.  This is a
400+mph airplane..  I think I've sent this before..

Anybody read the recent Sport Aviation article on plenum cooling a Lancair?
