The key to being a good engineer is to figure out how to do things on the
cheap...  I'm not sure I'm actually good, but I'd like to take a crack at
it..  :)

I propose testing a bunch of this stuff cold - to prove out a method of flow
modeling.

Wow that is REAL cool. The BIG application for this machine is making
casting molds and core boxes. I used a similar machine at the local college
to make these intake manifold molds and core boxes on a commercial version
that cost $50,000.

In case anyone needs it, I'm the only person I know that has a Zcorp 310 3D
printer in my basement.  I'm cheap compared to a commercial operation.  I
can make core boxes and even some direct molding patterns if I get the Zcast
materials.
