Hi Paul,
Do you have a supplier name for the vibration absorbing rod ends shown
in the pix with the water pump mod's?  Commonly they are used to support
the back end of Jerry's oil pans. I've tried McMaster Carr but find only
metal to metal rod ends. Any suggestions?    Thanx  Dave M

They are not on the McMaster web site nor are they in the new catalog
but they still sell them. You must call and ask for the part number.
Part number is 6088K15 for the 1/2 inch male. You must also specify left
or right hand tread.  If you screw a right hand into a threaded hole
it would be CW and a left hand would be CCW. If you make a link
with right hand thread on one end and left hand thread on the other
you don't have to take it all apart to adjust the down thrust angle.
The Questair venture is very successful using this design. One can optimize
the top speed by adjusting the down thrust angle.

McMaster never tells you who makes the parts.
