Paul, two photos of the [Zenith 801] lower strut bracket.  If the gear leg channel is
less than 3.25 " wide, I will  have to  "adjust" these to provide enough
room for the rod end which is one inch wide.  They weigh in at 1lb 12 oz
per pair.   They look nice though.  I had the pattern burned with a cnc
plasma.       Jerry


Are they 4130? They should be. How thick? Usually when you bend 4130 90 degrees you should
put some scrap sheet metal in the brake so the right angle has a radius.

3T is recommended. In other words if the material is .049 thick the inner radius
should be .150 or more.

These parts are conservatively designed as weight is not much of an
issue when you have small brackets.
