Question for anyone, is there more than one type of oil pan / sump for
the Renesis (RX-8) engine
If there is does anyone have pictures of them
Even if there isn't does anyone have pictures of their stock oil pan I
just need these for comparison

There was an AD out in the early days. They may have changed the oil
pan. On the other hand they may have just reprogrammed the computer.

Here are some shots of the Rx8 oil pan I have.

By the way is the pickup at the back middle or the front ?

I also note that part of the pan at one end has no depth at all

The ones (sump/pans) we have here while about the same depth have that
extra section as oil capacity to the one you have
shown, we are going to add additional oil capacity to our machines in
the form an extra few litres pressure canister, much like
some the Rotax engines have
